During the “From Must to Wine” wine tasting, we follow the fascinating journey of white wine development, from fresh, fruity characteristics to more mature and complex wines.
The evening focuses on fuller-bodied white wines that have been partially or fully aged in barrels, clearly demonstrating how time, ageing and the use of barrels shape the structure, aromas and character of the wine.
Throughout the evening, we will explore the key stages of winemaking through 5 different wines, while learning about the process from harvest and fermentation to ageing, and how must develops into a complex wine with a unique character.
The programme is open to both hotel guests and external visitors.

For external guests, the participation fee must be paid in advance, for which an online voucher will be issued. Reservations cannot be cancelled and no refunds are available.
The exact selection of wines for the tasting will be finalised one week before the event. We reserve the right to make changes.
