A gathering of goose dishes and new wines on an evening steeped in the authentic spirit of St. Martin’s Day. During the “St. Martin’s Day Celebration,” we’ll sample the first releases of the 2026 vintage, while traditional festive flavors and fresh new wines take center stage.
The evening unfolds in a relaxed, communal atmosphere, where the fruity character of the new wines is accompanied by goose bites. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover the first impressions of the vintage.
We’ll taste 5 wines during the evening.

Participation fee: 8.900 HUF/person
Both external guests and hotel guests are welcome to participate in the program.

For non-residents, the participation fee must be paid in advance, for which an online voucher will be issued. Reservations cannot be canceled, and no refunds are available.
The exact items for the tasting will be finalized one week before the event; we reserve the right to make changes.
